I want to share with you that the Chicago Community Trust has $1.5 million available in Bridge Funding to: Meet increased programmatic needs; Support program conclusion or transition.

This Trust funding opportunity through their Unity Grant challenge falls outside their usual funding cycles. This opportunity prioritizes, among other things, programs serving people with developmental disabilities.
