The Illinois Congressional Delegation in Washington D.C.
The Illinois General Assembly in Springfield, IL

This summary prepared by The Arc and UCP Disability Policy Collaboration of the United States gives you an excellent report on pending federal funding cuts to services/supports to individuals with disabilities in Washington D.C. Most members of in the United States House of Representatives are unaware of the importance of Medicaid and Social Security, as well as Special Education and Housing to people with disabilities. Our task over the next few months will be to educated the Illinois Congressional Delegation about these critical issues.
