8:30 – 10:15 a.m. – “If You Have a GREAT QIDP, You Have a GREAT LIFE”

This session will be presented in a partnership between a former QIDP and a person who receives full life services. Attendees will be challenged to realize the opportunity they have to help people transform their lives. This presentation weaves personal stories and practical tips and invites you to wear a new pair of glasses through which you can see the effect that your actions have on the lives of others.
10:15 – 10:30 a.m. – BREAK
10:30 a.m. – 12:15 p.m. – “Does the “P” in QIDP Really Stand for PAPERWORK?”

This humorous presentation gives practical tips for finding balance between helping people to live their best possible life and staying on top of the never-ending pile of paperwork. So, what does the “P” in QIDP stand for? Is it pretty, practical, persnickety, punctual, persuasive, powerful, proud, peeved, parade, penguin, party, peculiar? There is a plethora of possibilities! But pause and ponder and you will perceive that it is about PEOPLE.
