The Arc was well represented at the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid (CMS) Summit on the Direct Support Professional Workforce Crisis. Over 60 leaders representing CMS, state, county, provider and family stakeholders in CMS Region 5 met in Chicago to make recommendations on this crisis. Representing The Arc was Shirley Perez, Katherine Hamann and Kimberly Evans.
