This morning I’m back in Chicago for another meeting on the 1115 Waiver hosted
by the Governor’s Office of Health Innovation & Transformation (GOHIT).

Next Wednesday, the Executive Forum will have a presentation on GOHIT.

This meeting will be focusing upon Conflict-Free Case Management and a
Consumer Bill of Rights. I will be advocating for the current Conflict Free Individual
Service Coordination for the Developmental Disability System as the model for the
1115 Waiver.
