Arc and Conflict Free Case Management Work Group to Meet
The Conflict-free Case Management / Person-centered Planning Breakthrough Group is
meeting on Tuesday and is starting to work on concrete recommendations.
This meeting will focus on case management and the protocol for conflict-free case
management.
The Conflict-free Case Management / Person-centered Planning breakthrough group of
the LTSS subcommittee of the GOHIT Services and Support Work Group next meeting
will be:
When: Tuesday, September 30, 2014 1:00 PM-3:00 PM.
Where: Chicago: conference room at 160 N. LaSalle St., 10th Floor; Springfield: Bloom
Building, 201 South Grand Avenue, 3rd floor Large Video Conference
There will be a webinar in addition to the call-in number for participants unable to
