I am seeing outrageous discrimination against people with disabilities moving into community homes from state institutions in southern Illinois. I have expressed The Arc’s concern to the Attorney General’s Office and they are investigating at this time. I hope the Attorney General comes down very hard on this violation of fair housing! Here is a Dept. of Justice lawsuit filed in California.
