Soeren Palumbo is a great young man from Palatine who continues to fight against the R-word. He is now in Law School but continuing his advocacy on the behalf of this sister. I got to know Soeren when he was in high school and arranged for him to give a speech on the R-word in the Illinois Senate. It was one of the few times you could hear a pin drop in the Senate!
