Keynote Speaker
Al Condeluci, PhD, MSW
CEO of Community Living and Support Services
Al Condeluci is a nationally known leader and consultant on human services and
community issues. Al is CEO of Community Living and Support Services, founder of
the Interdependence Network (a network of US and Canadian human service o
rganizations), and a faculty member at the University of Pittsburgh. He is the author of
several books including Together is Better, The Essence of Interdependence, and
Social Capital: The Key to Macro Change.

Paul Arntson, PhD
Professor Emeritus, Northwestern University
Paul Arntson has conducted research and training programs worldwide with
organizations in order to improve citizens’ decision-making competencies concerning
the health and the well-being of their communities. He is on the faculty of The Asset
Based Community Development Institute at the Institute for Policy Research, a Fellow
at the Center for Communication and Medicine at the Northwestern University
Feinberg School of Medicine, and a frequent contributor to the Evanston Community
Foundation.
