Information Requested from ICF and CILA Providers Regarding Rates
The attorneys representing the Plaintiffs and Intervenors in Ligas would like to gather information from providers of ICF and CILA services regarding the sufficiency of the rates Illinois pays providers, which have not increased since March 2008.
We would appreciate each provider sending us the information listed below.
Once we receive the information, we will set up a conference call or meeting with you to go over the information and make sure we understand it. We may then prepare a declaration for you to sign which will be submitted to the Court. It is possible that the Court will hold a hearing and you may be asked to appear and testify at the hearing about the information in your declaration.
