The Court directs the defendants to file a response by 12:00 p.m. (noon) on Friday 8/28/2015
to the motion that includes an affidavit setting forth what efforts have been made to comply
with this Court’s Order of 8/18/2015, what payments have been made, what payments
remain to bring the defendants into compliance with this Court’s Order enforcing the
Consent Decree.
