U.S. District JudgeSharon Johnson Coleman granted the Ligas Attorney’s and
Intervenors motion and proposed order today!

From the Judge’s Order, “The Defendants (state) will immediately begin processing all
Medicaid claims for fiscal year 2016 for services provided to the range of individuals
that are the subject of Plaintiffs” (advocates) and Interventors” Joint Motion to Enforce
Consent Decree, including but not limited to Class Members…”
This applies to all ICF/DD services, CILA services and Home-Based Services.
