Important listening sessions for people enrolled in home-based services and home

Tony
You are invited to attend a listening session focused on how people access information
and assistance about long term services and supports. State agencies want to hear your

including persons with developmental/intellectual disabilities and mental illness access long
term services and supports – particularly home and community-based services.
Listening sessions will be held in three areas of the state, please register in advance –
space is limited.
Register at https://www.research.net/s/IL_NWD_RSVP.
