The Illinois Medicaid program has a special program for adults, age 19 and older, who
have disabilities and receive SSI. This program is called the Integrated Care Program (ICP).
Participation in this program is mandatory. Learn more from the state’s two chosen organizations under contract with Illinois HFS!
