I wanted to share this important information with you before I start my vacation.
The memo below is from Barry Taylor about the continuation of payments for developmental disability services into Fiscal Year 2017. Certainly good news!

Just wanted to let you know that yesterday we filed a joint motion seeking an order from Judge Coleman to ensure that payments for Ligas beneficiaries will continue in SFY 2017. Since it’s an agreed motion with the State, we are hopeful that the Judge will grant the motion, and it’s possible she may grant the motion without requiring a court appearance.
We’ll advise further after the judge rules on the motion. In the interim, please let us know if you have any questions.
