The Arc wants to make sure you have the most up to date resources and information about the Affordable Care Act (ACA). We continue to update the Health Care page on our website, and are excited to announce a new toolkit that will help our chapters educate individuals about the benefits of the ACA and how to support outreach and enrollment.
The ACA marked one of the most significant laws for people with disabilities since the enactment of the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) in 1990. This year, as implementation moves into high gear, this toolkit will serve as a resource to you and your members.
