Arc and Now There Are 14 States Without Institutions
When I was in Denver for our national convention, I had the pleasure of seeing David Braddock’s Keynote Presentation, “Challenges in Developmental Disabilities. This was one of David’s best presentations in my opinion and he has had many. It was rich in data and a real call to action. One of his slides reminded me that there are now 14 states without state institutions!
