This is an opportunity to connect with other siblings of people with disabilities and those who care about siblings. Hear from national experts on the latest in sibling services and supports, learn about new research initiatives, and participate in sibling and disability advocacy efforts. Participants will have an opportunity to learn about resources, share stories, network and gain insight on sibling experiences.

To register for the National Sibling Leadership Network (SLN) Conference, you must register through the AAIDD (American Association on Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities) Conference registration process. You are welcome to attend the AAIDD Conference for an additional fee, though you do NOT need to in order to attend the SLN Conference. Simply select the National SLN Conference as the post-conference session you will attend. Registration for the SLN Conference is $75 and includes breakfast and lunch.Steps to register: (If you have questions, contact Katie at 312-996-1002) 1) Visit the AAIDD Conference page, or click below on “Register Here.” Note the “Full Day Post Conference Session” for $75.00, which is the SLN Conference rate. Then, either download the registration form to mail/fax or register online. 2) Complete the contact information/log in or create a user account. 3) Select “Pre/Post Conference Sessions or Special Events Only including the National Sibling Leadership Network Conference”. 4) Go to the Post-Conference Sessions and select “National SLN Conference.” 5) If you would like Continuing Education Units, check that option for an additional fee. 6) Complete payment information.

The Sibling Leadership Network (SLN) is a national nonprofit with state chapters dedicated to providing siblings of people with disabilities information and support throughout the lifespan to advocate with their brothers and sisters to promote issues important to them and their entire families.
