In Federal Court today, Friday, the State claimed that it has paid providers per Judge
Coleman’s Order. State’s Response.

From the’s State response, “As of August 28, 2015, the Comptroller has paid all of the
vouchers for CILAs and community-based services for July and August services,
which total more than $120 million.”

The process for ICFDD’s is a little more complex so refer to the State’sResponse.

URGENT

The Ligas Attorneys want to confirm that all providers have been paid. In that regard,
please see the memo below from Barry Taylor and let him know if your organization
has not been paid per the Court Order.

Tony

Here is the response brief filed by the State today in Ligas.

We would appreciate it if you would review this information, share with your networks,
and advise of any inaccuracies.  (For example are there CILA providers who haven’t
been paid, contrary to what the State is saying.)

Our brief is due on Monday at 5:00, so providing any info as soon as possible is
greatly appreciated.
