Innovative Support Models for Illinois
 
 
Three Illinois provider organizations, Ray Graham Association, Clearbrook and Aspire are collaborating on a new grant funded by the Coleman Foundation to research innovative housing and support options for people with intellectual/developmental disabilities. This collaborative group is exploring viable, realistic and inventive models that have proven to be successful and can be replicated in Illinois. We are particularly interested in alternatives to traditional group home options and programs that decrease dependence on traditional public funding.Innovative Support Models for Illinois Survey:
