As you may have heard, the Supreme Court is expected to announce its decision on the health care reform law this Thursday, 6/28, at about 10:00 AM ET.  Below are some resources that will help you to understand the decision.  (Dates assume that the decision is, in fact, issued on Thursday.)

SCOTUSblog, a website specializing in the Supreme Court, will do live blog-casting beginning at 9:00 AM ET Thursday.  They have provided a URL dedicated to the blog — scotusblog.wpengine.com– which they suggest going to directly, but that is not currently working.  If that still isn’t working on Friday, just go to www.scotusblog.comto get redirected.

Kaiser Health News will be holding a live video webcast at 4 p.m. ETThursday, featuring KHN and SCOTUSblog reporters & analysts.  Go to http://www.kaiserhealthnews.org/Judging-The-Health-Law.aspx?utm_source=khn&utm_medium=internal&utm_campaign=skyboxfor the webcast and a number of background articles on the law and potential consequences of its being overturned.

Families USA will hold a conference call on Fridayat 1:00 PMET to discuss the case.  You can sign up for the call at http://fusa.convio.net/site/Calendar?id=100921&view=Detail.

The Supreme Court website, which will publish the text of the opinion is at www.supremecourt.gov.

A clear explanation of the issues up for review by the Court has been done by the National Health Law Program, and can be found at http://www.healthlaw.org/images/stories/2012_06_ACA_SCOTUS_Overview.pdf
