The Arc of Illinois Leadership Conference is scheduled for February 4-5, 2016 at the Hilton Hotel in Lisle. Hold these dates for an event that you will not want to miss.

James Dimas, Secretary

Insights for Advancement in Disability
Secretary Dimas brings a new vision to human services but is certainly no stranger to Illinois. His leadership and expertise on data and outcomes is driving a system challenged by resources and court intervention. The Secretary will share his vision for individuals with I/DD and what to imagine for the future.
Ronnie Cohn, Court Monitor

Ligas Report and Recommendations
The Ligas Consent Decree has been moving the Developmental Disability System forward since its signing in 2011. We now have a new Court Monitor, Ronnie Cohn and the Fourth Annual Report of the Court Monitor. Monitor Cohn will walk us through the Fourth Report highlighting the opportunities and challenges of keeping the parties out of court in these perplexing times.

Supporting Siblings: Advancing Involvement and Leadership
Learn about the sibling movement and how to engage and support siblings of people with disabilities as the next generation of supporters and advocates.
