Friday, we had an excellent discussion at the Conflict Free Work Group on Person-Centered
Planning and Thinking.
Today I am back in Chicago for meetings on the Developmental Disability Waiver and the
Quality Metrics Work Group.
Tuesday we host our Annual Seminar on Health Care Reform with about 150 advocates
and the first meeting of the Developmental Disabilities Work Group with Director Casey and
Mark Doyle of the Governor’s Office.
Wednesday, The Arc’s Public Policy Committee will meet to discuss the 1115 Medicaid
Transformation Waiver.
Thursday, Phil and I will meet with Representative Kosel.
Friday, The Arc’s Convention Committee meets to map out our agenda for the annual
convention in April!
