Grants will have $18.2 million in reductions the current grant budget is about $42 million.
Ligas is fully funded at $38.9 million.

Payment cycle will continued to be delayed.
I am worried about cuts to respite care and the Katie Beckett Waiver.This budget moves forward onrebalancing the disability system. Thank you Governor Quinn for that.
There are still many detailswe must review and much work to do on the budget but this is a good start.
