More on Overtime: The Arc has issued a FAQ about the new Department of Labor (DOL) Overtime Rules. This FAQ was created with initial questions received from our Chapters. The answers are based on our current analysis of the DOL Overtime Rule, the related non-enforcement policy, and follow-up conversations that we have had with DOL. We will share additional information as it becomes available. Specifically, we continue looking into issues surrounding serving individuals in their own homes as well as supported living arrangements.
