LifeShare Management Group, Inc., a growing, restraint-free, community-based agency (no group homes, no sheltered workshops) supporting individuals of all ages and abilities, is now searching for a dynamic, dedicated and career-driven professional to develop and oversee our services in Illinois!
As the Regional Director, you will be responsible for the overall compliance, quality assurance and operations of all statewide services. This position is responsible for ongoing business development, community networking, management of the state’s budget and revenue reports and the oversight and development of all Home Care Providers and staff. Specific duties, include, but are not limited to:
Marketing and promoting LifeShare’s innovative services to funding sources, guardians and families
Program consultation, development and coordination
Recruitment, training, oversight and retention of Home Care Providers and staff
As needed direct support and crisis intervention
Travel required in and around the Springfield, Jacksonville, Centralia, Mount Vernon and Salem areas. A generous travel stipend is provided.
Successful candidates shall have a master’s degree in social work or related area of study from an accredited college or university and at least two years of experience in human services with at least two years of experience in a supervisory capacity OR a bachelor’s degree in social work or related area of study from an accredited college or university and at least four years of experience in human services with at least two years of experience in a supervisory capacity. Reliable transportation, clean criminal and driving records and auto insurance with $100,000/$300,000 bodily injury liability also required.
