I learned yesterday talking to our Exec’s that non-expedited payments were starting to
be made as early as Wednesday night. It appears the Judge Coleman has the attention
of the Administration!
If your organization has not yet received payment from the state for July, I would check
with the Comptroller.

Director Fenton is committed to providing updates to you as the payment situation
progresses. We have just a few items to update from today’s activities:
There was another Court appearance today under the Ligas Consent Decree.
The Department did de-obligate (release) approximately $2M in unused funds from
FY15. We are instructing HFS to pay ICF/DD bills from these funds.
We do not have anything new to report about the approximately $47M in community
services with vouchers pending at the Comptroller.
