Cathy Ficker Terrill, President and CEO of CQL | The Council on Quality and
Leadership, has announced her retirement effective January 1st, 2016. A CQL
Search Committee comprised of Board Members will lead the search. Cathy will
stay with CQL in a part-time capacity to aid the transition process in 2016.
Applications will be accepted until close of business July 31, 2015.
CQL’s Search Committee will begin reviewing applications effective immediately.
The CEO must be located in a major metropolitan area of the United States.
Candidates must, at a minimum, have a Master’s Degree and 10 years of
experience in the field of disability and quality metrics. Successful candidates
will have experience in the areas of operational management, marketing, public
speaking, finance, product development, governance and strategic thinking.
