Current payment status, updating previous information:
HFS did initiate additional vouchers totaling approximately $7.5M last night for ICF/DD
services. Again, it is our understanding it can take a couple of days for the vouchers to
be received by the Comptroller through the automated systems.
We believe there is approximately $17M remaining in pending claims for ICF/DD services
delivered in FY15. ($10.8M in residential and $6.3M in day programs.) The authorization
for tonight should address the remaining FY15 claims.
There may be a small portion of FY16 ICF/DD claims in tonight’s activity, as the funding
authorization permits.
The Comptroller did pay the approximately $47M in community services vouchers
yesterday. Again, providers should monitor the State’s system to confirm the status of their
own payments.
With this activity, we believe we are now back on schedule with processing vouchers
through normal cycles. We certainly thank you and all of your members for your efforts
and continued services during this time.
