En el Centro Shriver\, Daniela se enfoca en temas relacionados con la elegibilidad de los inmigrantes para la cobertura de salud\, la carga pública\, la inscripción en programas similares a Medicaid/Medicaid\, como HBIA/HBIS\, la cancelación y redeterminación de PHE\, y otros temas en la intersección de la ley de inmigración y la cobertura y atención de la salud. Antes de Shriver\, Daniela trabajó como abogada supervisora en el Centro Nacional de Justicia para Inmigrantes representando a niños inmigrantes no acompañados y sus familias en una variedad de asuntos de inmigración.
