SUMMARY:2025 Symposium\, Uniting Healthcare\, Advocacy\, and Disability
DESCRIPTION:This one-day conference includes presentations on person-centered planning through Charting the LifeCourse\, caregiver advocacy though storytelling and social media\, Medicaid waivers\, changes and appealing Medicaid and IDHS decisions\, and supporting caregivers. \nThis conference is appropriate for family members\, self-advocates\, and professionals who care for people with any type of disability or chronic medical condition.
