DESCRIPTION:La presentación brindará conocimiento sobre La División de Atención Especializada para Niños (DSCC) y como las familias pueden obtener los servicios de coordinación especializados para participantes eligibles. En particular\, DSCC lleva a cabo tambien el programa de cuidados en el hogar (Home Services). Este programa ayuda a los jovenes a permanecer en su hogar y prevenir estancias en el hospital o centros de enfermería por largo plazo.
