Using Charting the LifeCourse tools\, students will explore their strengths\, interests\, goals\, and support needs while learning how to speak up for themselves and take an active role in planning their future. Students will create personalized planning tools they can use during IEP meetings\, transition planning\, job exploration\, and other important life decisions. Together\, we’ll focus on building the skills and confidence needed to create a future that reflects your goals\, your voice\, and your plan.
