Wednesday was a fantastic day in Springfield. The “Going Home Rally” hopes to spread the message that people with disabilities can live full and meaningful lives in the community, and I believe that Governor Quinn said it best when he stated, “We want to make sure that everybody has the freedom and choice and independence that they deserve as people on this earth”. We were so honored to have Governor Quinn join our rally yesterday, and we would like to share with you the
