Ligas prevailed in Federal Court this morning. The state will provide clarifying language by Friday on paying “all” developmental disability Medicaid services. July and August payments are now being processed by the Division of Developmental Disability, DHS.
It was great to see that the administration, the Ligas counsel and interveners were all on the same page in agreement of paying for the services.
