I am honored to have the opportunity to join The Arc of Illinois, and thank The Arc Board for placing their faith in me.
I am thrilled to be able to return to organizing and advocacy that brings together individuals with disabilities, families and service providers towards a common vision of empowerment. Encouraging people to speak for themselves and their community is a passion of mine. This Arc collective voice is needed now more than ever in these uncertain times.
Tony is leaving big shoes to fill, but I look forward to working with all of you to ensure that Illinois is a place where individuals can participate fully in the community with quality options for community services and housing.
