Arc of Illinois Events
In light of concerns around the corona virus and the fact that many Arc leaders and families either have general health concerns or live with someone who has health concerns, we are making adjustments to many of our events. For March and April, we have moved some, hope to reschedule others and will utilize webinars and other online options in the meantime. Our goal is not insight fear, but rather to act cautiously and take into consideration the concerns of some participants. Do not hesitate to call the Arc with any questions or to connect directly to program staff if you were waiting for an event to learn about services and supports.
1) The Arc of Illinois Annual Convention has been moved to June 11 and 12 (Thursday/Friday).
We apologize for the inconvenience but due to the complexity of the conference, we decided it was better to make the decision now.
You can still register now:

2) Most Arc events in March and April, especially those in the Chicagoland area and those of more than 30 people will be postponed and rescheduled. Check out our events page for updates.
3) The Going Home Coalition’s May 14 Rally remains scheduled and REGISTRATION is live (see below for more information). We will make a determination the week before the rally if there remains public health concerns.
4) Arc/Alliance Voting and Legislative Advocacy Trainings remain scheduled at this point as well.
