For over 20 years, The Arc of Illinois and the Illinois Council on Developmental Disabilities (ICDD) have partnered to deliver one of the most impactful programs in our state—providing more than $2 million in stipends to help self-advocates and families attend critical trainings and conferences. These stipends have changed lives, opened doors, and made inclusion real.
But due to federal funding cuts, this program is now limited to the Speak Up and Speak Out Summit series only. We are not able to accept applications for any other training events at this time.
