Consumer Stipend (Financial Assistance for Training)

Thank you so much for your interest in the Consumer Stipend Program. The Consumer Stipend Program has been possible through a successful partnership for over 20 years between the Illinois Council on Developmental Disabilities (ICDD) and The Arc of IL. In total, over $2 million in stipends have been awarded and we are so proud of these accomplishments. However, until further notice, Consumer Stipends will only be available for the Speak Up and Speak Out Summit series. We are not able to accept applications for any other training events at this time. The Arc of Illinois and ICDD remain committed to partnering and bringing further educational opportunities to people with developmental disabilities and their families in the future.
