To support families experiencing delays in Early Intervention (EI) services, Equip for Equality is hosting an in-person legal clinic to help families understand their rights and options. Families may be eligible for help if they’ve been waiting more than 30 days for services or are having trouble getting return calls from their service coordinators.

Families will meet one-on-one with legal advocates to talk through their situation and receive guidance. Help may include:
Families are encouraged to pre-register using the link in the flyer (also available here) to help Equip for Equality plan staffing and ensure everyone gets timely support. There is a cap on the number of in-person consultations, but all registrants will be contacted even if the event reaches capacity.
