Life’s Plan Incorporated is an Illinois Non-Profit Trust Agency that helps families and individuals with disabilities set up and manage Special Needs Trusts.

Life’s Plan offers Individuals with Disabilities options/choices in the selection of type of trust (Pooled/Individual) and Trusteeship in setting up managing their account.  There are affordable options in setting up a Special Needs Trust with our pooled trusts (1st Party and 3rd Party).  In addition, we can offer individual trust management to families who have set their own trust document as Sole or Co-Trustee.  We have that expertise with over 35 years’ experience in Special Needs Trust Management.

Special Needs Trusts insure families that their love one with disabilities is receiving all the critical lifetime supplemental care needs they need without jeopardizing state and federal benefit program that often provide for housing and primary care needs.

Life’s Plan also offers presentation programs and materials to educate teachers, professionals, attorneys, individuals with disabilities and their families in understanding the critical importance of special need planning.  Life’s Plan Inc. also offers annually charitable grants to individuals here in Illinois for self-sufficiency purposes.

Low Minimums ($10,000) to start a Life’s Plan Pooled Trust, where other trustees will require a $500,000 to $1,000,000 minimum.
