The Arc of Illinois 74th Annual Convention will be presented in a hybrid format!
In-Person: The Convention will be held at the Marriott Hotel in Bloomington-Normal, IL. As an in-person attendee, you’ll be able to hear from speakers in person, visit with our sponsors and exhibitors, view the silent auction items and art exhibit, and meet your fellow attendees. You have the option to attend the breakout session of your choice.
Virtual: The Convention will be limited to virtual attendees. Through Zoom, you’ll have access to the welcome, keynote, and plenary sessions. While there are a total of five (5) breakout sessions per time slot – only two sessions will be live-streamed through Zoom, one session presented in English, and one session presented in Spanish. Please see the agenda for more information on which breakout sessions will be presented virtually. Attendees will also have access to the Convention website with information on the sponsors, exhibitors, silent auction, and art exhibit.

En persona: La Convención se llevará a cabo en el Marriott en Bloomington-Normal, IL. Como asistente en persona, podrá escuchar a los oradores en persona, visitar a nuestros patrocinadores y expositores, ver los artículos de la subasta silenciosa y la exhibición de arte, y conocer a sus compañeros asistentes. Tiene la opción de asistir a la sesión de trabajo de su elección.
Virtual: La Convención se presentará a través de un seminario web por Zoom. Como asistente virtual, podrá unirse a la transmisión en vivo de las presentaciones principales y plenarias, y tendrá acceso al sitio web de la Convención con información sobre los patrocinadores, los expositores, la subasta silenciosa y la exhibición de arte. Sólo dos sesiones de grupo por intervalo de tiempo estarán disponibles para los asistentes de Zoom.
Se presentará una serie de sesiones de trabajo en español.
