Description: This session will help you understand what sensory processing is, how sensory processing disorders impact people’s lives, and what tools and strategies can be helpful to maintain regulation.
Speaker Bio: Kimberly Pyper is an occupational therapist working in the school system serving students from kindergarten through high school. She just completed her Master’s in Education with an Assistive Technology Specialization. She works with school teams to address how sensory regulation disorders impact students and how school teams can support sensory regulation strategies and tools.
