This toolkit includes instructions, a sample email, a flyer, and a spreadsheet to help you promote the opportunity, collect member information, and submit it to us. Interested individuals must contact your organization directly to activate their membership.

Suggested Outreach Process:
- Designate one staff member to manage the process.
- Add their contact information to the sample email. (See next page.)
- Send the email and flyer to eligible families and self-advocates. (See next page.)
- Collect the required information using the Excel spreadsheet. (See next page.)
- Inform applicants that they will receive a welcome letter from The Arc of Illinois.
- Submit the completed spreadsheet to The Arc of Illinois.
