COVID-19 and ADA Employment Rights

COVID-19 has raised many questions, including how it will impact the employment rights of people with disabilities. In this webinar, numerous issues will be discussed, including:
- Is COVID-19 itself a disability under the ADA?
- What are the rights of people with disabilities who are at high risk of severe complications from COVID
- What accommodations are available for people with disabilities in the workplace and remotely?
- Can an employer test employees for COVID and/or require COVID vaccinations?
- What are the employment rights people who have a family member with a disability?
