We can also provide presentations to community organizations, professional groups, and organizations on topics related to children with disabilities.
We help families connect with local, regional, statewide, and national partners for support, information sharing, and skill building. We build partnerships between families and professionals for easy-to-navigate support systems. We are also just happy to talk!
We advocate for policies that improve the health and lives of children with disabilities and medical conditions. We work with state policy officials, the media, legislators, and civil rights organizations to make sure the voices of children with disabilities, their families, and the professionals who care for them are heard.
Our Family-to-Family director, Susan Agrawal, recently participated in this podcast on how we assisted the state of Illinois in bringing free generators to children and adults who have medical technology.
