2025 Symposium, Uniting Healthcare, Advocacy, and Disability

This one-day conference includes presentations on person-centered planning through Charting the LifeCourse, caregiver advocacy though storytelling and social media, Medicaid waivers, changes and appealing Medicaid and IDHS decisions, and supporting caregivers.

This conference is appropriate for family members, self-advocates, and professionals who care for people with any type of disability or chronic medical condition. While some of the presentations focus on children from birth to 22, much of the information is applicable to all ages and stages.

CEUs will be provided for professionals who register in advance.
