An inclusive, sensory-friendly event at the museum
The Abraham Lincoln Presidential Library & Museum (ALPLM) is hosting “Abe for All: Sensory Friendly Sunday” on Jan. 29 from 1 to 5 p.m.
ALPLM guests will learn about President Lincoln in a sensory-friendly environment with more lights, lower sounds and less special effects.
A quiet room will also be available.
The museum also offers listening devices, social stories, busy bags and a pre-visit preparation packet to help plan your visit.
Regular admission prices apply. You can reserve tickets online or show up that day.
