The Illinois Council on Developmental Disabilities (ICDD) in partnership with nationally known training experts from Marc Gold & Associates (MG&A) is happy to offer a trio of webinars on the benefit and the importance of Customized Employment (CE) for individuals with developmental disabilities, families, and other interested members of the public. These webinars are FREE to those who register to participate.

What is CE and why is it important?
CE proceeds from the belief that all people, regardless of their disabilities, can work.
The foundation is learning when a person is at their best in order to translate that information into an integrated community work environment that is designed to match and meet the specific abilities of the individual with a significant disability and the business needs of the employer. Customized Employment (CE) is a critical concept for assuring employment for all.
Webinars 2 & 3 will build off of these fundamental concepts to provide additional information and key insights important to the perspectives of the employment seeker and the family and pertaining to the process, documentation and outcomes of CE. These webinars will be archived by ICDD so that they are available for later viewing.
