Disability and Aging Activism in Illinois During COVID

Hear from Illinois aging and disability policy advocates as they recount how COVID-19 has impacted their advocacy. They will describe their experiences with remote advocacy and reflect on how policy advocacy looks different today from a year ago. Additionally, a staff person from US Representative Jan Schakowsky’s office will discuss ideas to get the attention of legislators in this unique and exciting time.
